Cancellation Policy

Consumer Education and Restoration Package Service Agreement The following pages contain: 1. Consumer Education and Restoration Service Agreement 2. Authorization for Consumer Report Restoration Action 3. Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure) LN Brown LLC, hereby agrees to perform the following: -To evaluate client's current consumer reports as listed with applicable consumer reporting agencies and to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. -To advise the client as to the necessary steps to be taken on the part of the client in conjunction with our Company, to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained in the client's consumer profile. -To review consumer profile status from the consumer reporting agencies such as: Experian, Equifax and Transunion. -To prepare the necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in the client's consumer profile. -1 Monthly 30 minute progress update via personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during the service provider's business hours. This applies through the duration of the dispute and restoration process. -Client information may be shared with other entities, for the purpose of the continuance of the dispute, education, and restoration process(es). In exchange I, the client, agree to pay all of the associated fees related to my consumer education and profile restoration services upon receipt of invoice and before the completion of said service. I also agree to maintain credit monitoring service via the monitoring platform determined by the service provider, throughout the duration of the consumer dispute process. In addition, I agree to forward any and all correspondence received relating to this consumer education and restoration process from consumer reporting agencies and debt collectors to the assigned Google Drive promptly. I agree to follow the instructions of the service provider to ensure proper execution of services. I am aware that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may impact the results of service and expected outcome(s). Fees include: -Consumer Profile Assessment -Consumer Education -Profile Restoration -$20 per mailed correspondence via certified mail with return receipt, payable within 7 days receipt of invoice. -All late payments will be subject to a $25 late fee.
